We visited our friends at the Vintage Wings & Wheels Museum Restoration Hangar to see a few of the different ways in which they are using Roper Whitney’s forming stakes to build parts for various aircraft projects. In this demonstration the No. 925 Blow Horn Stake, No. 901 Beak Horn Stake, and No. 943 Hatchet Stakes are shown. With variety of forged steel stakes for forming different shapes, these are an invaluable tools for any sheet metal craftsman.
