To become a better resource to our clients and community needing sheet metal services.
When did you first discover Roper Whitney? Did the fact that our machines are USA-made play a part in your deciding process?
We first met your group in 2019 at the National Roofing Expo, besides having a great sales person we were impressed by the abilities of your machinery and the eye-catching blue. The machines being US made was the cherry on top!
What was your experience like with the purchase of our machines?
While it did take 9 months to receive the wait was well worth it, the machines are of the finest quality and work flawlessly, it has been an amazing addition to our company.
During your experience with our product and service, what was the thing you enjoyed or benefitted from the most?
The training, with the proper training that we received we were able to be up and running full force in one week.
What would you tell someone who’s considering our Products and or services?
The wait is worth it, anything good is worth waiting for.
Are there any specific features you like about your machine? Mechanical or software? Please explain.
I like how intuitive it is and how there is basically a video of how to make each product which makes it very user friendly and easy to train on.
Is there anything else you’d like others to know about our product or service?
Extremely high quality.
