No. PX 24 Light Duty Box and Pan Brake
$4,975 + Freight
The PX24 light duty box & pan brake is ideal for light forming requirements (up to 16 gauge mild steel). Its adjustable back gauge is ideal for small, precise box and pan work (up to 3 deep). The PX24 will bend up to a 135 angle in up to 24 material. Standard fingers provided include one each 0.75, 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 3.0, 4.5, and 6. Fingers are heat-treated die steel, precision ground. The fingers can be arranged to form 0.75 – 24 in 0.25 increments. Back gauge adjustment is from 0 – 24. Adjustable friction brake lock stops upper bar dead-weight drop and permits precise positioning of upper bar to scribed line on work piece before final clamping. The PX24 has optional special fingers to adapt them to inside mitered lip boxes, 9 long square tubes and radius bends up to 1. The PX24 can form a minimum 0.5 flange over its entire length. Minimum 0.25 reverse bends are also possible by removing both the apron angle iron work support and apron filler plate and reducing the capacity by four gauges.
